ICU-Projects is a grassroots advocacy movement dedicated to breaking down the outdated immigration bottlenecks that prevent millions of legally approved individuals from contributing to the U.S. economy. In support of the The Lawful Workforce Utilization Act (LWUA), we advocate for the elimination of obsolete numerical caps, the full utilization of unused green card allocations, and the implementation of a real-time, demand-driven system.
